Select Database

The Select Database page is your home page once you're logged into KEEP.WORKS.

From here you can open any databases you have access to or choose to Import or Create a new database.

Each database on the page is colour coded depending on what type of database it is:

Green = Discussion

Red = Document Library

Light Blue = Teamroom

Purple = Journal

Dark Blue = Mail

Orange = Personal Address Book

Grey = Custom Application

Each database on the page will tell you its title, and the number of documents in the database. To open it, simply click the box.
