Yes that can be done, but we ask for a number of provisions

1. It's with a 'sign on delivery' courier.
2. The data is in a encrypted format (password protected ZIP/RAR or on a truecrypt volume), with the decryption key sent via an alternative medium.
3. The NSF file(s) are not encrypted and have a default access of manager.
