Database limits

One of the major benefits of MongoDB over Domino is that it is not covered by many of the same limits in terms of field sizes or database size. Effectively, there are no practical limits on the number of documents you have, the size of file attachments and so on. We handle all of that work for you. We have tested databases with hundreds of thousands of documents and many gigabytes in size with no appreciable performance impacts.
